How it works

• You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases through our online store.
  
• Points are calculated on the order total excluding shipping, discounts, and gift cards.
  
• Points will be added to your account once your order is confirmed.
  
• If an order is refunded or cancelled, the points earned will be deducted.
  

Redeeming points

• Points can be redeemed for discounts or rewards shown at checkout.
  
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
  
• Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned. After this time they will expire and be removed from your account.
  

General

• Points are for your personal use only and cannot be transferred to another person.
  
• We may change or withdraw the loyalty programme, including how points are earned or redeemed, at any time.
  
• If we believe the programme has been misused, we may cancel your account and remove any points.
  
• These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
