This new range allows the younger generation of Hunter's to experiment with new techniques and presentation.
Offshoot Sauvignon Blanc is different from the rest, this Pet Nat (pétillant naturel) was bottled whilst still fermenting to create a naturally carbonated sparkling wine.
Techniques can be compared to a Coopers beer or an apple cider, this wine is naturally cloudy, with sediment, which is a result of the natural fermentation in bottle.
It contains no sulphites and is perfect served cold on a warm spring or summer afternoon in the sun!

94 points - Cameron Douglas MS - "On the nose - varietal, fruity, herbaceous, tropical and organic. Sweet herbs and pineapple, lemon, grapefruit and barely sugar. The effervescence and mousse is quite intense, but seems well placed for the style. Flavours of citrus and preserved apple, some gentle ginger spice and hay, pineapple and fresh herb. This is a wine with a difference - balanced, fresh, well made with a refreshing palate appeal and finish. Drink now and through 2022.”
