NV MiruMiru™ Rosé Non-Vintage
Jane Hunter loves pink bubbles, so the decision was made to create a MiruMiru™ Rose. Wonderfully blush pink colour. Aromas of subtle strawberry and raspberry with a touch of fresh brioche. The palate is refined with freshness and balanced acidity. Blended from Pinot Noir 49%, Chardonnay 36%, and Pinot Meunier 15%.
This traditionally bottle fermented wine is stored on lees for 50 months.
The name MiruMiruTM translates to “bubbles” in Te Reo Maori.

93 POINTS - EXCELLENT - Cameron Douglas MS, January 2022
Aromas of fresh strawberries and peaches, red apple and a whisper of red cherry. There's a fine layer of autolysis with some baked goods and a hint of fruit spice. Dry, fresh, salivating, crisp and dry on the palate. Flavours match the boquuet with more strawberry and cherry flavours. A delicious and refreshing wine ready for drinking from 2021 through 2027+.

Jane Hunter is a big fan of pink bubbles and her winemaking team produce this one from 55% Pinot Noir, 42% chardonnay and just 3% Pinot Meunier. This trio is the classsic combination used in the champagne region, where wines must be aged for at least 18 months prior to release, which is also the exact timeframe that Hunter's winemaking team uses to age this lively dry pink bubbles. It cotains 6.4grms of Residual sugar per litre, which makes it dry. It's deliciously full-bodied expression of sparkling Pinot, with the Chardonnay adding crispness and balance.

“This refined, bright, light - pink wine is a blend of Marlborough Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The bouquet is fragrant and yeasty, the palate complex and finely balanced with strawberryish, peachy, spicy, yeasty flavours. It is dryish and persistent.”
