Shipping and Returns

Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help. We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email or call 0800 HUNTER to request which products you would like to return
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided

Shipping Policy

Domestic

There is a $8.00 flat rate shipping fee for all domestic orders within New Zealand for a 12 bottle case of wine. Club members receive free shipping on their orders.

International

To order our wines to be shipped internationally please use Wine Collective Direct.

Delivery Times

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 7 – 10 business days of Hunter's Wine confirming receipt of your online order. This may vary for rural deliveries.
