The 2015 Chardonnay shows of bright, floral nose of nectarine, citrus and hazelnut. The front palate is tightly structured, showing crisp peach characters and tight, linear acid. The wine is well balanced with fresh fruit characters and excellent oak integration.
This wine is already drinking well but will develop and evolve over the next 5 – 7 years.

“Here’s another Marlborough chardonnay offering excellent value. The nose is instantly lovable – caramel, hazelnut – and in the mouth the fruit and oak are in perfect balance. The texture is svelte and creamy. A well-made wine with a touch of sophistication, ideal for aperitif duty.”
90 POINTS – Lisa Perrotti-Brown, Wine Advocate, robertparker.com, Jun 2017
“The 2015 Jane Hunter Chardonnay opens with lemon curd, white peach and grapefruit notes on the nose with touches of struck match, ginger and baking bread. Medium-bodied, the palate delivers a wonderful intensity of stone fruit and citrus flavors with a creamy texture and lively backbone, finishing long with some mineral suggestions.”
